For multi-day, multi-vehicle or multi-city corporate programs, one coordinator owns the plan end to end — briefing chauffeurs, holding the schedule and absorbing changes before they reach your travelers.
Account setup begins with a short conversation about volume, travel patterns, authorization requirements and billing preferences. From there we propose an account structure and rate approach in writing.
A corporate portal — self-service booking, traveler profiles, approval workflows and downloadable reporting — is under active development on the Avenix platform. Until those features are live, the same functions are handled directly by our team, and we will not represent them as available before they are.
